The color of a photo is what reaches the viewers eye!! I hope the blue stands out!!!
The door “belongs” to that of an old light house situated inside a fort. The fort was built by British East India Company in the year 1708. Situated at “Tellichery”, Kerala, India.

Fabulous old door and the colour is delicious – the way it’s almost weathered away in parts, and (poorly) graffiti-ed in others, the colour also tells a story. Perfect entry for the challenge.
love it…so many tales it would have to tell
Great take on the challenge!
Love this, Shibin, there is something so wonderful about a weathered door, so much history. xxx Ailsa
Thanks! Yes; Weathered doors are really a treat for the eyes and the camera!
Different from other is make you very amazing. Great photo, simple but I like it greatly. It’s very, earthly. Good job…
I really like this one Shibin, good choice!
I LOVE this! There are stories stealing out of every crack and cranny!
Very cool.
Unique ! Love the graffiti !
Thank you SAnVar!
I definitely prefer this to your first submission, but then I’m partial to doors. Would love a description with the photo of where it was taken, when etc.
Thanks Robin! Well the door “belongs” to that of an old light house situated inside a fort. The fort was built by British East India Company in the year 1708. Situated at “Tellichery”, Kerala, India… Will add the details to the photo too!!!
Cool. I think the details about the door add impact to the photo. It helps us imagine the door in context.
